About the role

Baystone Boutique Hotel & Spa is preparing for its grand reopening in Pointe aux Canonniers and is building a brand‑new team of hospitality professionals. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us across culinary, food & beverage, front office, housekeeping and maintenance areas.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes as line cooks or assist in kitchen operations.
• Serve guests in the wine bar, breakfast area and restaurant, ensuring high service standards.
• Welcome and check‑in guests, manage reservations and provide front‑desk support.
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas, handle laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Support general hotel operations, including basic maintenance and equipment upkeep.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work part‑time (morning/evening) or full‑time blended schedules.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, newly opened luxury environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to a fresh culture.
