Villa Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Villa Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance of two luxury villas on the West Coast of Mauritius. You will work on‑site two days a week and be on call for urgent issues, ensuring the properties remain in pristine condition for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, furniture, pool, appliances).
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Conduct pre‑arrival and post‑departure villa inspections.
• Report issues promptly with photos and updates to the Muse Villas team.
• Follow up on pending works until fully resolved.
• Manage a small inventory of essential supplies and spare parts.
• Be available on short notice for urgent interventions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in maintenance, building or property management.
• Established local network of reliable tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, painters, etc.).
• Highly responsive communication, especially via WhatsApp.
• Autonomous, thorough, and takes ownership of tasks.
• Professional approach aligned with luxury standards.
• Valid driving licence.
