VP Client Services

About the role

Citco, a global fund services, corporate governance and asset services provider with over $1 trillion in assets under administration, is hiring a VP Client Services for its CFS Mauritius client portfolio. The role oversees the assistant vice presidents and their clusters, ensures corporate secretarial and administration services meet internal and external standards, client MSAs and SLAs, and keeps clients satisfied with timelines and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Centralize control of client service delivery, build the team's skills and infrastructure, and focus on client satisfaction according to SLAs and KPIs.
• Understand client needs, deliver corporate secretarial and administration services, and build long-term client relationships.
• Take ownership of escalated issues and lead their resolution, and monitor client profitability, invoicing and fee renegotiations.
• Keep client documentation complete, accurate and compliant with local legislation, and support client on-boarding, off-boarding and migrations.
• Lead or initiate projects that expand the business and team, and propose efficiency and quality improvements to management.
• Contribute to business development and the development of service models for existing and prospective clients.
• Manage, coach, develop and appraise assistant vice presidents and teams, plan resources, and handle complaints and escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related area.
• At least 6 years of experience in the financial services industry in Mauritius or a business-related field.
• Proven track record in client relationship management with large to medium institutional clients, and in leading teams and projects.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of key MS Office programs.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, strong leadership and conflict management abilities.
