About the role
Booking.com is looking for a full‑time Account Manager to join its Moka office. You will act as the main point of contact for accommodation partners, helping them improve performance on the platform and delivering great experiences for travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with partners, adapting style to audience and situation.
- Analyse local market trends and manage a portfolio of accounts to maximise business value.
- Identify, clarify and prioritise partner needs to create value.
- Match partner needs with Booking.com products and present solutions compellingly.
- Drive conversations forward to secure commitment and successful outcomes.
- Represent Booking.com professionally, embodying company values in all interactions.
- Maintain self‑awareness, recognise emotions and use them to guide behaviour.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience in account management or sales.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
- Pro‑active, responsible, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, open to change and comfortable travelling up to 50% of the time.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Experience or affinity with e‑commerce or travel industry is a plus.
