About the role

Binary Spirit is seeking a part‑time Remote Executive Sales Director to drive corporate sales for its innovative consciousness‑raising products. The role is commission‑based, offering a 25% revenue share on successful sales, and supports the company’s non‑profit mission across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities aligned with Binary Spirit’s product suite.
• Conduct sales presentations and demos for corporate clients, showcasing product benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate sales leadership.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable with a commission‑only compensation structure.
