Accounts Receivable Specialist – Global Billing Team

About the role

Join Ocorian’s Global Billing team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. You will support financial operations across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring accurate client accounts and smooth cash allocation while delivering a seamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of accounts receivable activities for designated jurisdictions.
• Apply and reconcile cash receipts accurately to maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Build strong relationships with client teams, finance colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Support timely allocation and management of client payments and account balances.
• Collaborate with colleagues to review and resolve account queries.
• Maintain account reconciliations and ensure high‑quality financial data across multiple entities.
• Contribute to reporting activities that provide insights into receivables and financial performance.

Required profile

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing or related financial operations.
• Ability to work with cross‑border teams and manage multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash reconciliation.
• Effective communication skills for building relationships with clients and internal partners.
