Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager will deliver day‑to‑day financial reporting services for a portfolio of clients and structures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and multiple accounting standards. You will work closely with global teams to produce accurate financial statements and support the overall quality of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily financial reporting services to a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP (IFRS, US GAAP, FRS 102, LUX GAAP).
• Prepare and review accounting files and checklists to support effective statement reviews.
• Collaborate with sending locations to verify accounting records and incorporate relevant disclosures.
• Complete day‑to‑day matters promptly and maintain high‑quality service delivery.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies professionally.
• Process client and audit comments, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Identify and close accounting issues quickly.
• Maintain review checklists and archive signed copies appropriately.
• Support the Manager and team with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Qualified or partly qualified accountant.
• Passion for financial markets and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and willingness to learn other GAAPs (UK GAAP, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, SFRS).
• Experience with structures holding alternative assets such as real estate, debt, and private equity.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Well‑organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience reviewing and coaching others.
