Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager will lead a small team to deliver high‑quality management and statutory reporting for our fund administration clients. You will ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal policies while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of team members to meet client commitments, SLAs and deadlines.
• Plan, coordinate and complete management and statutory reporting for assigned structures.
• Review bookkeeping, monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts and financial statements.
• Liaise with clients, auditors and regulators to facilitate audits, tax filings and regulatory surveys.
• Prepare and present KPI dashboards, management reports and risk/issue escalations.
• Support implementation of new processes, automation initiatives and database maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentorship to team members.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in drafting and reviewing management accounts and financial statements under IFRS.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS developments and regulatory reporting regimes.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and develop a team.
• Experience with accounting software and database systems.
