Associate Senior Fund Administrator (Private Equity)

About the role

The Associate Senior Fund Administrator will support the day‑to‑day administration of private‑equity funds, acting as a key liaison for clients and internal teams. Working under the supervision of a Team Leader or Senior Fund Administrator, you will ensure timely execution of transactions, preparation of board materials, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of fund clients, handling queries and ensuring high‑quality service.
• Organise and attend board meetings, draft minutes, resolutions and board packs.
• Prepare and review payment instructions, capital calls, drawdown notices and related corporate actions.
• Assist in the set‑up and closing of closed‑end funds, including investor admittance and due‑diligence.
• Maintain statutory registers, company secretarial filings and anti‑money‑laundering (AML) records.
• Coordinate with regulators, banks, auditors and other service providers.
• Support the fund accounting team during audits and financial statement sign‑off.
• Ensure accurate time‑recording for invoicing and internal reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field or partial/full ACCA or ICSA qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in fund administration or a related global business environment.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
• Attention to detail and adherence to compliance procedures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of private‑equity fund structures and corporate actions.
• Understanding of anti‑money‑laundering (AML) and KYC processes.
• Familiarity with statutory filing and company secretarial duties.
