Business Development & Commercial Administrator

About the role

ABZ Group is seeking a Business Development & Commercial Administrator to support its commercial operations. The role combines structured administrative tasks with data handling, ensuring supplier contracts, product pricing, and ERP information are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing, uploading, and tracking supplier contract deadlines.
• Verify and update supplier rates and product details to maintain pricing accuracy.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain missing information, negotiate rate extensions, or gather new offers.
• Support ERP data entry and help improve system accuracy.
• Prepare basic performance reports and monitor competitor activity.
• Collaborate with operations, content, graphics, and data teams to deliver cross‑functional results.

Required profile

• Minimum HSC or Diploma, preferably in Administration, Business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors early.
• Highly organised, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
