About the role
We are looking for a proactive CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team in Mauritius. The role focuses on driving customer retention, designing player journeys and executing multilingual digital campaigns for an online gambling operator.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating, scheduling and deploying email, SMS and in‑app CRM campaigns.
- Segment player databases by behaviour, activity and preferences.
- Write and localise campaign copy, subject lines and promotional banners in English and French.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on seasonal offers and campaign calendars.
- Update landing pages and promotional areas on the website, ensuring a seamless branded experience.
- Monitor player lifecycle, optimise touch‑points from registration to re‑activation.
- Track CRM metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and support A/B testing.
- Maintain CRM dashboards and reports in Excel or integrated tools.
- Ensure data cleanliness, accurate segmentation and manage CRM databases.
- Utilise automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar for scheduling and tracking.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in CRM, digital marketing or communications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing CRM platforms and executing multilingual campaigns.
- Strong content writing and editing abilities.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic understanding of user experience.
- Detail‑oriented, organised and a creative thinker.
