Data Analyst – Reporting & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Data Analyst to join our Reporting & Analytics team. You will transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver recurring reports and management packs within agreed timelines.
• Extract, compile, and analyse data from multiple sources including SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies through data analysis.
• Maintain and update dashboards and quarterly presentations based on business needs.
• Produce statistical summaries and actionable insights from raw data.
• Respond to routine and ad‑hoc data requests from stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
• Support various analytical projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Exposure to VBA (advantage).
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
