Digital Events Project Manager (AIO)

About the role

Join imavox as a Digital Events Project Manager to lead virtual and hybrid events using the in‑house AIO platform. You will act as the bridge between clients, event teams and developers, delivering projects for medical, educational, NGO and corporate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage large or complex events and lead basic projects, guiding clients through the AIO platform.
• Serve as the main client contact, conducting calls, presenting timelines and maintaining project documentation.
• Create event websites, registration/ticketing flows and event apps, and integrate client content.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support before and during events.
• Test new platform features, report bugs and collaborate with developers on custom requests.
• Support RFP responses, prepare demos, draft proposals and identify upselling opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a project manager on a digital event or registration platform.
• Client‑oriented, highly organized and comfortable leading client calls.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Available for weekend work and travel when events require.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Basic CSS coding.
• GDPR awareness.
• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and content management systems.
