Finance Team Leader – Global Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Team Leader to head the delivery of high‑quality financial reporting and accounting operations across a portfolio of international jurisdictions. In this role you will combine deep technical accounting knowledge with people‑leadership to support business growth, strengthen controls and provide insightful financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of accounting and financial reporting for a designated set of jurisdictions.
• Produce accurate management accounts, financial statements and performance analyses to aid decision‑making.
• Act as a technical accounting partner, advising on standards, policies and reporting requirements.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality financial information.
• Collaborate with finance leaders and stakeholders across the Group to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading accounting teams in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
