Senior KYC Analyst (US Hours)

About the role

Join Ocorian's Global File Review function to deliver high‑quality AML/CFT and client due‑diligence reviews across multiple jurisdictions, working US hours. This role offers exposure to compliance frameworks, client lifecycle management and opportunities to develop technical knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work allocation across the team to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Review client information and documentation for compliance with AML/CFT, CDD and jurisdiction‑specific regulations.
• Monitor review outcomes to promote consistency and best‑practice standards.
• Identify training needs, share knowledge and support capability building of colleagues.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to obtain, verify and clarify information for file reviews.
• Maintain accurate records in systems and workspaces.
• Partner with global colleagues to resolve compliance queries and support effective review outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to management, flag risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in business, legal or financial discipline, or significant relevant industry experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in financial services, compliance, legal, audit or related field with solid AML/CFT and CDD knowledge.
• Experience coordinating or supporting a small team and fostering collaboration.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to work US hours (16:30‑01:00).
