French Teacher (Primary School, IB PYP)

About the role

Northfields International School in Labourdonnais, Mauritius is seeking a dedicated French Teacher for its Primary School, which follows the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). The successful candidate will inspire inquiry‑based learning and support the academic, social and emotional development of young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons that align with the school curriculum and IB PYP framework.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, ensuring each student makes outstanding progress.
• Assess student learning regularly, both in‑class and at home, and provide targeted feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a reflective and collaborative school culture.
• Participate in extracurricular and service‑as‑action programmes as required.

Required skills
