Fund Administrator (Private Equity)

About the role

Trident Trust is seeking a Fund Administrator to support its Private Equity fund services. Working under the supervision of the team leader or senior fund administrator, you will manage day‑to‑day fund administration tasks and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of private‑equity clients and ensure timely execution of all transactions.
• Conduct fund closings, investor admittance, and capital calls, preparing related corporate actions and documentation.
• Draft board packs, minutes, resolutions and arrange board meetings.
• Prepare payment instructions and validate bank transfers in line with internal controls.
• Assist the fund accounting team with audit processes and sign‑off of financial statements.
• Liaise with regulators, banks, auditors and other service providers.
• Respond to client queries promptly and update internal client databases.
• Maintain statutory registers, ensure statutory filings are completed on schedule, and uphold AML/KYC procedures.
• Record time spent, review client invoices and support billing activities.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field or partial ACCA/ICSA qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in a global business or fund administration environment.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing funds.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Proactive, motivated and flexible team player with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
