Implementation Consultant (Bilingual)

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a bilingual Implementation Consultant to guide customers through the successful rollout of its Powerpay payroll solution. You will work closely with new clients to understand their payroll needs, configure the system, and ensure a smooth go‑live experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff to successful go‑live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation journey.
• Gather and analyze payroll requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure, validate, and test payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges.
• Provide clear communication on project status, timelines, and next steps.
• Train customers on Powerpay functionality and support the first live payroll run.
• Maintain implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing multiple projects.

Required profile

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
