Bilingual Implementation Consultant – Powerpay

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a bilingual Implementation Consultant to guide new customers through the successful rollout of its Powerpay payroll solution. You will work closely with clients to understand their payroll needs, configure the system, and ensure a smooth go‑live experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple Powerpay implementations from kickoff to successful go‑live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather, analyze, and translate payroll requirements into system configurations.
• Configure and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support customers during testing, payroll validation, and the first live payroll run.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and next steps clearly and proactively.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality and service standards.
• Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
