About the role
As a Marketing Event Coordinator for goFLUENT Mauritius, you will partner with Sales teams across the EMEA region to design and deliver impactful B2B events, both online and offline. You will help strengthen market presence and drive business growth through strategic event initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales teams to craft compelling event messaging for target prospects.
- Plan, execute, and promote webinars, industry events, private gatherings, and related campaigns.
- Grow and segment the database to support lead qualification and nurturing through events.
- Work with Key Clients and Sales Managers to develop business cases and turn them into webinar or off‑site use cases for large audiences.
- Monitor event performance, report insights, and recommend improvements.
- Propose and implement new ideas to enhance event strategy, execution, and ROI.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B events, B2B marketing, or project management (HR, L&D, EdTech, SaaS experience a plus).
- Results‑driven, organized, and comfortable managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross‑functionally and internationally.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimise event performance.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to make an impact.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Portuguese, Italian, German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a strong plus.
