NOC Engineer

About the role

Rank Interactive, the digital arm of The Rank Group, is seeking a proactive NOC Engineer to join its high‑performing tech team. You will help monitor and maintain the health of our network and digital platforms across multiple locations, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor networks and digital platforms using tools such as New Relic, Meraki and SolarWinds.
• Identify and resolve incidents proactively, troubleshooting network, cloud and end‑user computing issues.
• Support switches, wireless infrastructure and vendor connectivity across sites.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and support hubs to drive resolution.
• Create knowledge articles and improve monitoring processes.
• Provide remote user support and simplify technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT/Network Support.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals (IP, OSI model, routing, switching).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with tickets, incidents and SLAs, preferably with ITIL exposure.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
