About the role
Accuro is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the Operations Director in its Mauritius office. The role involves coordinating project activities, analysing data, and contributing to process improvements across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update project schedules, assign tasks and monitor progress.
- Assist the Operations Director in evaluating operational efficiency and recommending improvements.
- Gather, analyse and visualise data for assigned projects, creating reports and dashboards.
- Document business requirements, processes and solutions in detail.
- Identify process bottlenecks, propose technical or procedural solutions, and support testing of new systems.
- Provide general support to the Operations team as needed.
Required profile
- Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management or operational analysis.
- Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
- Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Project coordination and scheduling.
- Data gathering, analysis and visualisation.
- Report and dashboard creation.
- Business documentation.
