Product Manager, Medical Services

About the role

The Product Manager, Medical Services will drive product strategy, enhance client experiences, and support business growth across a global portfolio of medical services solutions. Reporting to the Acting Head of Products & Solutions, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive the agenda for products, solutions, and strategic initiatives within the portfolio.
• Streamline end‑to‑end client experience and contribute to continuous product and service enhancement.
• Lead and manage product‑related projects and workstreams from planning through execution and reporting.
• Support sales activities, product development, market research, and broader product management initiatives.
• Implement and own marketing and communications initiatives to increase profitability, visibility, and growth of the Clinics and Workplace Solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate globally with sales teams, regional Medical Services teams, and other stakeholders.
• Raise awareness of Medical Services products and assess ways to improve gross margins.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development, client‑level support, and negotiation.
• Successful experience leading product‑related projects.
• Experience in product analytics and product marketing.
• Project‑based consulting experience (desirable).
• Experience working in a regional/functional matrix organization.
