About the role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of internal projects across our business. You will work closely with multiple teams to keep initiatives organised, on schedule, and aligned with organisational goals, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of internal projects across assigned business units.
- Assist in developing clear project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, and deliverables.
- Organise project meetings and ensure follow‑up on actions.
- Facilitate communication between team members, business units, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project quality, budgets, and expenses, supporting adherence to financial guidelines.
- Identify risks or issues early and escalate appropriately.
- Support the use of project tools and systems, including resource coordination.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Project management certification or accreditation is an advantage.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at various organisational levels.
- Collaborative working style with the ability to support discussions and resolve issues.
