Real Estate Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team at RE/MAX24 Mauritius. In this full‑time position you will manage a portfolio of properties, guide clients through the sales and rental process, and help grow our market presence across Mauritius.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, respond to leads and schedule property viewings.
• Prepare and deliver property presentations to buyers, renters and owners.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and other digital platforms.
• Build and nurture relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants and internal team members.
• Stay updated on local market trends, property values and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Strong client‑relationship and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English; French or Creole is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport for client meetings and viewings.
