Residence Room Attendant

About the role

The Residence Room Attendant ensures that guest rooms and residential villas are cleaned, serviced and presented to the highest standards of luxury at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius. Working in a vibrant, resort environment, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for guests and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, villas and public areas according to Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain inventory of linens, amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly to the supervisor.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and participate in briefings and meetings.
• Adhere to grooming, hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Demonstrates warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when interacting with guests and team members.
• Shows reliability, attention to detail and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Willingness to attend scheduled training sessions and assume training responsibilities when needed.
• Ability to work hands‑on and support colleagues during peak times.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
