Reverse Logistics Officer

About the role

The Reverse Logistics Officer will manage and coordinate the returns and claims process within the supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of non‑conformities while maintaining efficient communication between suppliers, warehouses and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organise reverse logistics of goods from warehouse or customer site to supplier after claim approval, in partnership with the parts claims officer.
• Handle logistics and administration for the annual return of parts, coordinating all stakeholders and ensuring timely credit note issuance.
• Create Return Sales Orders and Return Purchase Orders in the ERP (SAP) and collaborate with finance for credit allocation.
• Receive monthly core availability reports from suppliers, update ERP status, manage core return logistics, and support monthly reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Management, Sales or equivalent experience.
• 2‑3 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Customer or supplier‑facing experience is a plus.
