Senior Associate – Fund Administration & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Associate to support our fund administration and compliance functions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate record‑keeping, regulatory filings and seamless corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare high‑quality board papers and verify minutes.
• Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and liaison with banks.
• Perform day‑to‑day tasks such as statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML regulations and maintain updated records.
• Coordinate and supervise team members to achieve timely outcomes.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree holder or progressing towards ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a quick learning ability.
