Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the centralised Analytics department of Rank Interactive, the digital arm of The Rank Group. You will work on a variety of projects that turn data into actionable insights for marketing, CRM, loyalty and customer‑behaviour initiatives across our global digital gaming business.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyse daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to surface trends, opportunities and risks.
• Deliver deep‑dive performance analysis for CRM journeys (email, SMS, direct mail) and provide segment‑level recommendations.
• Design and support test‑and‑control experiments for CRM campaigns, interpreting results to guide strategic roll‑outs.
• Produce standardised reporting and ROI analysis, establishing a test‑culture that statistically validates campaign success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing, CRM and Commercial stakeholders, presenting findings and influencing strategy.
• Champion a customer‑centric approach that balances commercial performance with player protection.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide ad‑hoc analysis to support various business departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business intelligence or data analytics within a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM, acquisition, loyalty and churn analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
