Senior Consultant – Strategy and Innovation

About the role

EY-Parthenon Mauritius is seeking a Senior Consultant to help clients across Africa and EMEIA design and execute high‑impact strategies. You will work directly with C‑suite executives, senior decision‑makers and business leaders to shape transformation initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform secondary research using analyst reports, market studies, news articles and other sources.
• Execute quantitative and qualitative analyses such as customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis and macro‑economic forecasting.
• Design and conduct in‑depth interview guides with key organizational stakeholders.
• Develop strategic recommendations and operating models for regional conglomerates, mid‑market companies and family‑owned businesses.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategy with culture, operations and human performance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in strategy, innovation or management consulting.
• Proven ability to work directly with C‑suite executives and senior sponsors.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
