Senior Executive – Fund Administration

About the role

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Executive to support its fund administration and middle‑office operations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate record‑keeping, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene directors/shareholders meetings and prepare high‑quality board papers.
• Verify minutes drafted by team members.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Develop deep awareness of individual client requirements.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Maintain bank accounts, initiate transfers and coordinate with banks.
• Deliver statutory accounts with all applicable disclosures.
• Prepare and file annual, APS, PAYE, TDS, VAT and Indian tax returns within statutory deadlines.
• Address tax queries from authorities and clients.
• Effect statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Perform customer due diligence (CDD) as per AML code.
• Coordinate and supervise team members effectively.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree or substantial progress toward ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Goal‑oriented, quick learner and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
