Associate Executive

About the role

The Associate Executive will support the delivery of client servicing for a portfolio of fund administration and middle‑office clients, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a defined set of client servicing deliverables for a portfolio of clients.
• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene director/shareholder meetings and prepare high‑quality board papers.
• Verify minutes drafted by team members.
• Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Develop deep awareness of individual client needs.
• Complete and follow‑up certification, notarisation, apostille, and consularisation of documents.
• Maintain bank accounts, open accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
• Perform day‑to‑day tasks timely, monitor tasks and ensure timely completion.
• File statutory documents with FSC, ROC and other statutory bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) per AML code and keep CDD lists updated.
• Coordinate and coach team members, reviewing their work.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience, preferably in the global business sector.
• Degree or substantial progress towards an ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong client‑service mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, team player, quick learner and adaptable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
