Senior Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Developer to join the Development team of Publicis Production EMEA Hub. The role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications, working across the full software lifecycle, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable web applications, collaborating with design and product teams.
• Build user interfaces using React and TypeScript, focusing on performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Develop backend services with Node.js and TypeScript, integrate with headless CMS platforms, and design scalable APIs and database solutions.
• Manage and optimise relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to ensure performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners.
• Optimise application performance and scalability through testing and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Developer covering the entire development lifecycle.
• Strong TypeScript expertise with hands‑on experience in React, Next.js (or similar) and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and Python, including REST API development and headless CMS integration.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimisation.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and critically evaluate their output.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
