Talent Acquisition Hub Lead – Africa

About the role

Allianz Services is seeking an experienced leader to head its Talent Acquisition hubs in Mauritius and Morocco. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, you will translate global hiring strategy into regional execution, ensuring efficient, candidate‑centric processes that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously develop the Talent Acquisition hubs in Mauritius and Morocco across all seniority levels and functions.
• Translate the global Talent Acquisition strategy into a regional execution roadmap aligned with market dynamics and workforce needs.
• Act as regional process owner for recruiting, ensuring adherence to global standards while allowing local adaptations.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with HR Services and external recruiting service providers.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior business leaders, People & Culture Business Partners, and local HR leads.
• Represent the region in global Talent Acquisition forums and initiatives.
• Leverage system data and analytics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition functions or teams.
• Ability to translate global strategies into regional execution plans.
• Strong stakeholder partnership and advisory skills.
• Data‑driven mindset for monitoring and improving recruitment performance.
