About the role
We are seeking motivated and detail‑oriented graduates to join our Fund Services team in Mauritius as a Trainee Fund Administrator, focusing on private‑equity portfolios. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience in fund administration within a global financial services firm.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day administration of client portfolios.
- Support the setup and maintenance of funds and related entities.
- Help prepare documentation such as notices, resolutions, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and monitor deadlines.
Required profile
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly motivated with the ability to contribute to team success.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
