Associate Executive – Regulatory & Compliance

About the role

The Associate Executive – Regulatory & Compliance will support the compliance function in preventing, detecting, and responding to compliance, regulatory, and money‑laundering/terrorist‑financing risks. Working with minimal supervision, you will conduct client onboarding reviews and help shape the KYC framework across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform multi‑jurisdictional KYC reviews, due‑diligence, sanctions and World‑Check screenings, and account verification.
• Manage KYC documentation, conduct file reviews and gap analyses, and recommend remedial actions.
• Provide FATCA and CRS compliance support, monitor regulatory developments, and draft or update Key Operating Procedures (KOPs).
• Deliver high‑quality, error‑free work within agreed timelines and communicate risks or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with business teams, train junior colleagues, and protect information assets in line with ISMS requirements.
• Undertake additional compliance‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Experience in regulatory compliance and AML/CFT frameworks.
• Ability to conduct KYC reviews and due‑diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, sanctions screening and World‑Check tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and capacity to work with minimal supervision.
