Junior Quantity Surveyor – Construction & HVAC Projects

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support a range of HVAC construction projects. This position offers the chance to develop core surveying skills while gaining exposure to the technical and commercial aspects of the building industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly payment applications and cost reports.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor payments.
• Support project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Prepare cash‑flow forecasts and project allowables.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in quantity surveying.
• Willingness to work on HVAC projects, even without prior HVAC experience.
• Good understanding of construction and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
