Painter (M/W) – Resort Maintenance

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for a dedicated Painter (M/W) to join its maintenance team either in Mauritius or at other resort locations. You will ensure that all interior surfaces maintain the high aesthetic standards expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces manually or mechanically for painting, resin or varnish applications.
• Apply paint, resin, varnish, wall coverings (paper or fabric) and floor coverings (carpet or linoleum) to achieve a flawless finish.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations and protect resort assets.
• Support the overall appearance of the resort throughout the season.

• Organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Meticulous with a strong eye for detail.
• Helpful, reliable and able to find solutions for guest needs.
• Open to candidates with disabilities.
