Senior Executive – Business Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our Business Implementation team and lead the onboarding and incorporation of new client structures. You will work closely with internal teams, regulators and clients to ensure a smooth, compliant onboarding experience from initial assessment through final hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and onboard new client structures by reviewing business objectives and identifying Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements.
• Coordinate information gathering with internal teams and prepare incorporation application packs, client acceptance documentation and onboarding approvals.
• Liaise with clients, regulators and other stakeholders throughout the incorporation process, responding to queries and facilitating decision‑making.
• Maintain onboarding records, trackers, dashboards and internal systems to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes, billing and monthly reporting activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client onboarding or business implementation within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly Customer Due Diligence.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining high data quality.
