About the role
The Client Administrator (Trust & Corporate) will provide high‑quality administration for a portfolio of trust and company structures in Mauritius. Working closely with internal teams, clients and third‑party intermediaries, the role ensures seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Administer a portfolio of legal entities, including companies and trusts, while maintaining strong client and third‑party relationships.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, board meetings and liaise with investment advisors, asset managers and bankers.
- Respond to client and third‑party communications within 24 hours, ensuring minimal complaints.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with FATCA/CRS reporting, preparing required documentation and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Support income monitoring functions, gathering due‑diligence documents and forwarding them to appropriate teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client administration for trust and corporate structures.
- Strong understanding of local and international regulatory frameworks, including FATCA and CRS.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented approach to compliance, risk management and documentation.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple requests efficiently.
