Enablement Project Manager (GPMO)

About the role

Dayforce is seeking an Enablement Project Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives that empower customer‑facing project teams. The role focuses on aligning departments, managing inter‑dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead change initiatives that deliver business solutions across the organization.
• Lead cross‑functional internal projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities clearly.
• Drive alignment across departments and influence stakeholders to support agreed outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and coaching to cross‑functional team members.
• Promote accountability and transparency among all project participants.
