Fund Accounting Manager – Hedge Funds

About the role

Take ownership of a portfolio of hedge‑fund clients and deliver high‑quality fund accounting services, including NAV production, investor reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a diverse fund client portfolio, building trusted relationships with investment managers, administrators, auditors and custodians.
• Oversee preparation and review of fund accounting deliverables, NAV calculations and investor reporting.
• Utilise industry‑leading platforms such as PFS Paxus to process trades, price securities, handle corporate actions and generate reports.
• Maintain robust controls and ensure accuracy against critical client and regulatory deadlines.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of fund accountants, fostering technical development and operational excellence.
• Drive efficiency through automation and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund accounting for hedge funds or similar investment vehicles.
• Strong technical expertise in NAV production and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Required skills

• PFS Paxus (or comparable fund accounting system).
