Human Capital Trainee – HR Development Program

About the role

We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join our Human Capital team as a trainee. The role offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and employee engagement within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
• Help organise training sessions and employee development initiatives.
• Provide assistance in performance management processes and probation evaluations.
• Participate in employee engagement events and ad‑hoc HR projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR, recruitment or administration is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and handle confidential information responsibly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
