IT Technician – On‑site Support in Moka

About the role

ICON Solutions Ltd is seeking an IT Technician to join its on‑site team in Moka, Mauritius. You will provide first‑line technical support to both external clients and internal staff, ensuring hardware and software issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
• Deliver technical support to clients and internal teams, both in person and via remote tools.
• Maintain and update IT systems, including cloud hosting and telecommunication solutions.
• Provide clear training sessions on IT tools and processes to improve user competence.
• Document incidents and resolutions to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical support and general IT practices.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly during training.
• Technical certifications or relevant IT qualifications are preferred.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on system improvements.
