Services Consultant – Reporting & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Services Consultant specialized in Reporting & Analytics to support Dayforce’s HCM client base. The consultant will design, develop, test and deliver reporting solutions across Payroll, Workforce Management and other HCM modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Reporting & Analytics projects, from scoping and design to documentation, configuration, testing and client communication.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and logic to meet reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations using embedded Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and vendors to ensure thorough testing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate resources across Dayforce, clients and partners to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain accurate project updates in time‑tracking, project‑tracking and billing systems.

Required profile

• Strong SQL expertise and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field.
• Familiarity with Dayforce HCM implementation tools and experience with HR/Payroll/Time‑and‑Attendance systems.
• Ability to work remotely, travel occasionally to client sites and adapt to multiple time zones.
