Enablement Project Manager – AI

About the role

Enablement Project Managers lead and support strategic and operational initiatives that empower customer‑facing project teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes. The role aligns departments, manages interdependencies, and ensures projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead change initiatives that drive solutions across the business.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through closure, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and roles.
• Drive alignment across departments and influence stakeholders to support agreed outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and coaching to cross‑functional team members.
• Promote accountability and transparency among all project participants.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Technology or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 + years experience managing cross‑functional projects.
• Proven success delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
• Experience with technology‑enabled or process transformation projects, preferably in Human Capital Management.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Smartsheet, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Outlook, Office).
• AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT.
• Project management tools and methodologies.
• Data handling with Excel, Power BI; SQL or database experience a plus.
• Content authoring and management systems.
• Automation, workflow and scalable solution development.
