About the role
The Middle Office Team Leader drives the strategic oversight and day‑to‑day management of the Middle Office function within a family office environment. You will ensure the accuracy of client and company records, guarantee compliance with multi‑jurisdictional regulations, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the Middle Office team, planning work to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Maintain share registers, statutory records and company particulars across all client entities.
- Oversee updates to client structures, trusts, foundations and partnerships in multiple jurisdictions.
- Validate static data creation such as loan cards, asset cards and onboarding/off‑boarding workflows.
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting (ROE, Beneficial Ownership, LEI management).
- Act as escalation point for complex compliance matters and coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements, lead cross‑functional projects and audit reviews.
- Serve as primary liaison between Middle Office and internal stakeholders, providing reports and insights to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FATCA, CRS and Beneficial Ownership.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex multi‑jurisdictional work.
- Professional discretion and commitment to confidentiality.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
