Senior Accountant – Global Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to support Directors, Managers and Administrators across our global operations. You will be responsible for processing accounting records, preparing complex financial statements and management accounts, and coaching junior accounting staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of client accounts and ensure timely delivery of bookkeeping entries.
• Prepare and post final entries required for financial statements and management accounts for complex clients.
• Liaise with clients to meet service expectations and deliver high‑quality output.
• Support the Client Accounting Solutions Management team on policies and processes.
• Review client deliverables, bank and investment reconciliations, and VAT returns prepared by junior staff.
• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and provide guidance to junior accountants.

Required profile

• Proven experience preparing complex financial statements and management accounts.
• Ability to coach and review the work of junior accountants.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to manage multiple client portfolios.
• Knowledge of VAT compliance and reconciliation processes.
