About the role

Accenture is launching a New Graduate Talent Intake for 2025/2026 in Mauritius. As a Software Developer or Functional Consultant you will join project teams, work across multiple phases, and apply modern technologies to solve client challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all project phases, from analysis to delivery.
• Specialise in one of the technology tracks: Java.NET, Data, Oracle, SAP, Architecture, Integration or Web development.
• Provide functional exposure on Oracle Finance and SAP modules such as Warehousing, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and domain experts to deliver business‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Eagerness to contribute in a team‑oriented environment.
• Creative and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Desire to work in an information‑systems setting.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
• Relevant degree: BSc Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Computing or related IT field; or BSc Accounting, Finance, Management or related discipline.
