Salesforce Application Support Specialist

About the role

SD Worx is looking for a Salesforce Application Support professional to ensure accurate data management, smooth sales processes and reliable reporting within its Salesforce environment. You will work closely with Sales, Bid Office and Data Quality teams to keep the system up‑to‑date and support commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and create accounts, account groupings and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the Data Quality team to guarantee data accuracy and consistency.
• Create international billing tasks and provide administrative support for the Bid Office.
• Assist sales teams with Salesforce‑related requests and operational follow‑up.
• Verify contractual and commercial details, prepare contracts for signature and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Design, update and maintain dashboards and reports, working closely with the Data Quality team.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working.
• Ability to manage repetitive data tasks while handling ad‑hoc requests efficiently.
• Proactive, service‑oriented attitude with good collaboration skills.
• Stress‑resilient and able to work under time pressure and changing priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience in Salesforce application support or sales operations.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce dashboards, reporting and opportunity management.
